u-blox expands its executive committee team with new CFO

As of 1 August 2011, u-blox will expand its Executive Committee team with an additional member who will assume leadership of the finance department as CFO. The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Roland Jud to this function. Mr. Jud is a seasoned financial expert with extensive experience built up through many years of service with publicly listed industrial companies.

Mr. Jean-Pierre Wyss, the current Head of Finance, has performed this function in addition to his role as head of logistics, production and quality since the founding u-blox in 1997.
