Vishay's new low-profile, high-current Dale IHLP 1616 power inductors enhance space and power savings in DC/DC converter applications and can now be sourced through TTI Inc, the world's leading specialist distributor of passive, connector, electromechanical and discrete components. The surface-mount Dale devices improve battery performance, help reduce size of portable and handheld electronic devices with low losses at frequencies up to 5MHz, low DCR values, and have a height profile that is 30% lower than in conventional solutions.
