Truetzschler attending ITMA Asia + CITME 2008 with numerous innovations

Hall W 2 Stand C 01

Mönchengladbach, (PresseBox) - Following two successful shows in Singapore, ITMA ASIA will open its doors for the first time in China. Currently, China is by far the largest textile producer; this show is therefore also of great importance to Truetzschler.

On an area of approx. 500m² the exhibit features products by Truetzschler Germany and machines produced in China - created especially for the requirements of Chinese customers. Thus, the new Truetzschler Card TC 07, designed for a performance in excess of 200 kg/h, and the Card TC 5-3, built at Truetzschler Machinery Shanghai in China, stand side by side. The C 5-3 is completely new and will be presented to the public for the first time.

In addition, two new draw frame types will be introduced to the Chinese trade visitors. The Truetzschler Draw Frame TD 02 without leveling, which is particularly space-saving and economical, and the special draw frame for combed ring-spun yarns, the Truetzschler Draw Frame TD 03-600, will be exhibited on the stand. The TD 03-600 is limited to an output of 600 m/min. Thus, it covers all applications in the combed area and also has been clearly improved in regard to energy consumption, and in turn economic efficiency, by optimised drive design.

In the blow room sector, the focus will be on the Truetzschler compact installations for 1000 or 2000 kg/h, and on the new foreign part separator. The Foreign Part Separator SECUROPROP SP-FP safely detects and separates transparent parts like foils, and even white polypropylene.

The centre of the stand will be dominated by the new comber TCO1, which Truetzschler will show for the first time in Asia. With its rate of 500 nips/min, this machine is positioned at the upper end of the performance spectrum.

Truetzschler Card Clothing TCC presents card clothings that are made of new special alloys and achieve unmatched service-life.
