Bei TRS-STAR GmbH ist die neue 800V/900V WMOS™ SuperJunction Mosfet Familie von WAYON Semiconductor erhältlich. Die Hochspannungs-Leistungs-Mosfets basieren auf der schon bekannten Multi-EPI-Struktur. Durch den optimierten Aufbau bieten die Bauelemente bei größeren Sperrspannungen eine höhere Überspannungsfestigkeit und eine verbesserte elektromagnetische Verträglichkeit (EMV). Diese Verbesserung macht Schaltanwendungen noch effizienter und kompakter. Die WAYON WMOS™ Mosfet Familie nutzt dabei eine verbesserte Charge-Balancing Technologie, die dem Anwender eine kosteneffiziente Alternative mit wenig Anpassungsaufwand bietet.

Die neue Serie startet mit zwei Bauteilen in den Varianten 800V/0,22Ohm und 900V/0,23 Ohm in verschiedenen SMD- und THT-Gehäusevarianten. Die Serie wird in Kürze durch weitere Bauteile in verschiedenen Tlivczlwdrqkkkiq prosidwhk.
