Die TOMORROW FOCUS AG verzeichnet für das dritte Quartal 2007 einmalige Sondereffekte:

Auf Basis vorläufiger Zahlen erzielt die TOMORROW FOCUS AG aus der Veräußerung ihrer Anteile in Höhe von 41,7 Prozent an der BELLEVUE AND MORE GmbH einen außerordentlichen Gewinn in Höhe von voraussichtlich 5,8 Mio. Euro.

Ferner hat der Vorstand der TOMORROW FOCUS AG aufgrund der Zustimmung des Bundesrates zum Unternehmenssteuerreformgesetz 2008 beschlossen, die aktivierten latenten Steuern im 3. Quartal 2007 einmalig um ca. 1,9 Mio. Euro zu reduzieren.

Schließlich wurde ein Effizienzsteigerungsprogramm im 3. Quartal verabschiedet, aus dem sich einmalige Ergebnisbelastungen für das 3. Quartal cl Exvz keg egaozcrsy ne. 9,4 Oba. Qsbg jmveccu.
