Ob fest angestellt oder freiberuflich: Für IT-Profis ist Weiterbildung ein essenzielles Thema. Der neue Zertifizierungsstandard CeLS (Certified by ProfessionaLS) wurde von unabhängigen IT-Experten für die IT-Community entwickelt - und genießt dort b​ereits hohe Akzeptanz. "Bisher waren herstellerunabhängige Qualifikationsnachweise rar", erklärt der Hamburger Hochschulprofessor Dr. Horst Tisson, Geschäftsführer der Tisson & Company Managementberatung. "Solche Tests, mithilfe derer Fähigkeiten, Fachkenntnisse, Methoden und Soft Skills geprüft und welche auch empirisch ausgewertet werden können, sind erste Schritte hin zu standardisierten Berufsbildern innerhalb der Branche." Tisson ist Gründungsmitglied des CeLS-Beirats, der die neuen Zertifikate qualitativ begleiten soll. Initiatoren sind der IT-Personaldienstleister GECO und die IDG-Verlagsgruppe.
