THIN - Share issue to employee

The board of directors of Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") resolved on 8 November 2012 to issue 75,000 shares to an employee, in accordance with the Company's 2010 Subscription Rights Incentive Plan, corresponding to share capital increase of NOK 8,250 (each share issued having a par value of NOK 0.11).

Following this transaction, the Company's share capital will be NOK 38,918,153.12. The subscription price per share is NOK 0.80. The total subscription price therefore is NOK 60,000, of which NOK 8,250 is added to the Company's share capital while NOK 51,750 is added to the Company's funds in accordance with gdo dhfcockexf hs jdy Trvkzv Bshyttn Qrsvpwagt Fan.
