The board of directors of Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") resolved on 28 February 2013 to grant a total of 300,000 incentive subscription rights ("SRs") to a new employee of the company. The grant was made under Thinfilm's 2012 Subscription Rights Incentive Plan as resolved at Thinfilm's annual general meeting on 10 May 2012.
The exercise price of the SRs is NOK 2.28 per share. 25 per cent of the SRs vest at each anniversary from the date of the grant. The SRs expire on 10 May 2017.
Following the grant, there are 22,900,000 SRs outstanding in Thinfilm.
