THIN - Grant of subscription rights

The board of directors of Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") resolved on 2 November 2011 to grant a total of 4,450,000 incentive subscription rights ("SRs") to new and existing employees of the company. The grant was made under Thinfilm's 2011 Subscription Rights Incentive Plan as resolved at Thinfilm's annual general meeting on 10 May 2011.

The exercise price of the SRs is NOK 1.49 per share. 25 per cent of the SRs vest at each anniversary from the date of the grant. The SRs expire on 10 May 2016.

Following the grant, there are 17,539,306 SRs outstanding in Thinfilm.
