The new range of height gauges TESA MICRO-HITE exhibited for the first time at Control show
Launched on the market a few months ago, these height gauges designed for workshops and for laboratories, bridge the gap between traditional instruments and sophisticated measuring machines.
The new instruments are a concentrate of technologies including several patents.
Thanks to the QUICKCENTER technology, the operator time for control operations is drastically reduced. The motorised version is equipped with the FEEL&MOVE patented technology, an intelligent handwheel for displacement that combines fast probe positioning with fluid execution of measurements.
The highly-perfected hybrid panel (touch screen and keyboard) guarantees simple and fast handling for intuitive and ergonomic use.
During the show, visitors will also be able to discover and test TESA’s precision measuring instruments and solutions, such as inductive probes, roughness and internal gauges. TESA instruments will also be shown in connection with Q-DAS software, that allows data collection and visualisation in real-time and can be used to implement corrective actions in the production process and therefore to increase users’ productivity.
Established in 1941 and headquartered in Renens, Switzerland, TESA SA manufactures and markets precision measuring instruments that stand for quality, reliability and longevity.
For more than 75 years, TESA has distinguished itself in the market through its excellent products, its unique expertise in micromechanics and precision machining as well as its proven experience in dimensional metrology.
The TESA brand is the global market leader in the field of height gauges and a pioneer thanks to its wide range of instruments, including callipers, micrometers, dial gauges, lever-type dial test indicators and inductive probes. TESA is a true benchmark for the inspection of incoming goods, as well as for production workshops and quality assurance laboratories.
Through its worldwide distribution network the company focuses on the mechanical engineering, micromechanical, automotive, aerospace, watchmaking and medical industries.

Weiterlesen
