TEMIS, the leading provider of Text Analytics solutions for the Enterprise, is pleased to announce its expansion into the UK, by opening a UK office and appointing Peter Camilleri to head it up.

This latest addition to existing offices in France, Germany and the USA strengthens TEMIS' ability to serve its worldwide clients. TEMIS will also be better placed to provide Text Analytics solutions to its growing client portfolio in the UK. The rise in demand for Luxid®, TEMIS' renowned Text Analytics solution, proves that publishers increasingly need to provide their subscribers with information that is more relevant and contains more intelligence than ever.

"TEMIS is proud to announce the opening of our new office in the UK. We are already very active in the publishing and life sciences sectors and this step will bring us closer to our UK clients", states Charles Huot, COO of TEMIS. "We are pleased to appoint Peter Camilleri to head our new UK operation. We are confident he will be able to help us better serve the publishing market, which is an extremely important one for us."

Having previously worked at Maxwell Online, Reed Elsevier and Thomas Technology, Peter Camilleri brings over 20 years experience in the publishing sector and will spearhead TEMIS' growth in the UK. Using experience gained in helping publishers transition their publishing activities to the Internet, Peter will now be able to help publishers benefit from TEMIS' Text Analytics solutions as they increase their electronic publishing initiatives.

"I am very pleased to be joining TEMIS, the leading provider of Text Analytics solutions, and look forward to helping European publishers offer more relevant and accurate information to their subscribers", comments Peter Camilleri, Head of TEMIS' new UK office. "As endusers become increasingly overwhelmed with the sheer volume of data being presented to them, more and more publishers are adopting TEMIS' automated solutions to help their customers make more sense of information they receive and extract additional value from it. TEMIS' Luxid® helps publishers enrich their content, making it more valuable and helping them succeed over their competition."
