TELES verklagt NOKIA wegen VoIP-Patente-Verletzung

NOKIA stellt auf dem 3GSM World Congress in Barcelona ihr neuestes WLAN/GSM-Mobiltelefon vor (siehe www.nokia.de) - das international innovativste Produkt der Internet-Telefonie. Die TELES behauptet, dieses "Nokia 6136" verletze mit seiner "GSM fallback"-Funktionalität ihr Deutsches und Europäisches VoIP-Patent und wird deshalb heute beim Landgericht Mannheim die entsprechende Patentverletzungsklage erheben (die entsprechende Klageschrift findet sich ab heute Nachmittag auf www.teles.de).
