TELES erfolgreich gegen Deutsche Telekom und SES Astranet

Gestern Abend hat das Europäische Patentamt in München das Europäische skyDSL-Patent der TELES, das von der Deutschen Telekom AG und der SES Astranet SA angegriffen worden war, mit marginalen Einschränkungen bestätigt.


Heute Vormittag hat das Landgericht Mannheim der Klage der TELES - wegen Verletzung ihres Deutschen skyDSL-Patents und skyDSL-Gebrauchsmusters durch den Dienst "TDSL via Satellit", den die Deutsche Telekom und SES Astranet gemeinschaftlich erbringen - stattgegeben.


Beide Entscheidungen können von der Deutschen Telekom und SES Astranet mit Rechtsmitteln noch angefochten werden.
