T-Systems looks forward to extending its collaboration with Triumph

Contract prolonged until the end of 2014 / T-Systems convinced with innovative approaches / Outsourcing supports internationalisation

T-Systems looks forward to extending the Triumph International contract and will therefore continue to be the outsourcing partner of the international shapeware and lingerie firm until the end of 2014. With its experience in new SAP systems, T-Systems supports Triumph in reaching their strategic business targets. Along with SAP operations and their peripheral systems, T-Systems is also responsible for global applications, for example, for customs. Moreover, the services for messaging, web and firewall are provided centrally from data centres in Switzerland and Singapore. Manfred Braml, Director Corporate Information Technology of Triumph International also looks forward to this further cooperation: "T-Systems has been a valued partner to us since 2002. The company has convinced us with a high degree of service, flexibility and with its innovative approach". Triumph had already hired the Telekom subsidiary in May 2009 to operate SAP systems in Singapore. Today, these systems are collectively operated by T-Systems in Switzerland and Singapore. Since 2002, T-Systems operates a worldwide SAP data centre and various global services under the Triumph contract.
