Steadily Growing Partner-Centric Business Model Propels TalentDrive to the Forefront of Global Resume Search Technology

Through access to over 350,000 recruiters daily, TalentDrive provides a snapshot of emerging hiring trends in a mid-Q1 2011 update

Chicago, IL, (PresseBox) - TalentDrive, creator of the most advanced Global Resume Search API, today released an update on company growth from 2009-2010 and into 2011. As a best-in-class Resume Search technology provider, TalentDrive makes public its search statistics, offering a glimpse into the hundreds of thousands of jobs processing through its API in a "Snapshot of Q1 Hiring Trends" update.

2009-2010 was a pivotal transition period for TalentDrive as the company shifted to a 100% channel partner sales model, previously a revenue source that contributed less than 20% of the company's income. This migration helped deliver search technology from less than 100,000 recruiters in 2009 to over 350,000 recruiters by fourth quarter of 2010. Bold optimization of its partnerships, services and technology were fundamental objectives that TalentDrive executed during the business model shift. The organization is now positioned to experience a growth of over 300% in 2011.

Now reaching a global audience through a wide range of the industry's leading Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Job Posting platform providers, TalentDrive proudly services over 35 global markets and will be deploying 10 unique languages by the end of the year through channel partners. Included are four of the world's largest ATS providers that service more than 80 percent of Fortune 1000 companies. Of these top four partners alone, TalentDrive's technology is available to over 255M employee based companies, with the largest clients boasting employee counts over 2.2 million.

As the most widely adopted global resume search API available today, TalentDrive processes thousands of open positions daily. Over the last 30 days, over 50,000 resumes have been pulled per day. In 2010 alone, TalentDrive pulled over 10.5M resumes. Since the beginning of 2011 TalentDrive has seen a consistent uptick in searches executed, from 416,000 in January to 900,000 in February, indicating a possible and robust US job market recovery. As a benchmark for the growth in hiring activity year-over-year, in February of 2010 TalentDrive executed only 20,000 searches and over 900,000 in February of 2011. In one year alone, TalentDrive executed 3.2M searches, over half of which took place in the later part of Q3 and Q4, filtering through over 2.3 million resumes at a time during high traffic months.

"TalentDrive's partners have not only made our Resume Search application extremely easy to use, but have also helped drive the aggressive growth we experienced in 2010 which is allowing us to offer our Resume Search application to an impressive amount of new recruiters. Our company is now being provided an outlet into many international markets that we were previously unable to tap. As TalentDrive moves forward I am confident this new international growth potential paired with our already established network will continue to maintain our robust growth and overall company vision through 2011," Said TalentDrive CEO Sean Bisceglia.
