Magnus Walldén joins Tacton Systems as VP Professional Services
Before joining Tacton, Walldén was Vice President Support EMEA; Lawson Software. He started at Intentia as one of the first trainees 21 years ago. During his time at Intentia, and later Lawson, he was instrumental in guiding the company through its rapid growth from 70 to 3000 employees.
"Magnus is a great fit for Tacton because of his extensive experience working for a company in the same situation as Tacton is in right now", says Christer Wallberg, CEO Tacton Systems. "But I also believe that we will have great use of his experience working with numerous international management styles. This helps tremendously in understanding different kinds of customers-something we need at this point in time".
While at Intentia and Lawson, Walldén acquired more than 15 years of experience leading global customer support, professional services, and business development. He has also worked with process development, services sales, account management, project management, and customer modification development.
Currently, Tacton is experiencing fantastic growth and is adding employees and contractors at a very brisk rate. Tacton is keenly aware that it is essential to have key persons and competence join the company right now.
"Tacton has a really interesting market position and I am sure it will be a great place to work for me. I am also confident that my experience in managing rapid business and personnel growth within the enterprise software industry will contribute to its continued success. I am very happy to get this opportunity and I look forward to join Tacton", says Walldén
Walldén will join Tacton on March 1, 2012.
