Das universelle Einzelhalbleiter Testsystem der Serie 5000 für alle diskreten Bauteilfamilien von der Firma Scientific Test ist von Syntel Testsysteme in das Vertriebsprogramm aufgenommen worden. Der Einsatzbereich umfasst die Prüfung des gesamten diskreten Spektrums von Dioden, Transistoren über SCR's, MOSFET's, IGBT's bis zum Optokoppler, auch für gemischte Bauteilvarianten. Der Spannungs- und Strombereich von 1000V und 50A kann bei Bedarf mit Optionen bis 2000V und 1200A erweitert werden. Eine Low-Current Option erlaubt Sperrstrom Messungen bis 20pA bei 1pA Auflösung. Für Mehrfachbauteile bis zu 24 Pins werden Scanner (1200V/30A) verschiedener Ausbaustufen angeboten, ebenso für Hybride und Leistungshalbleiter die in einem Gehäuse zusammengefasst igig (7055U/494P).
