Swisscom Systems entwickelt für die Finanzdienstleisterin der Schweizerischen Post den Service Postphone, eine Sprachanwendung der neusten Generation. Es werden monatlich bis zu 200'000 Anrufe erwartet. Ab Juni 2005 gehört für die Kunden von PostFinance das umständliche Drücken von Tasten der Vergangenheit an.
