Insolvenzverfahren bei der Sunways Production GmbH eröffnet

Mit Beschluss vom 1. Mai 2014 eröffnete das Amtsgericht Konstanz das Insolvenzverfahren über das Vermögen der Sunways Production GmbH mit Sitz in Arnstadt. Die Sunways Production GmbH ist eine hundertprozentige Tochtergesellschaft der Sunways AG (SWW:GR, SWWG.DE, ISIN DE0007332207) mit Sitz in Konstanz. Das Gericht stellte fest, dass Insolvenzgründe vorliegen. Zum Insolvenzverwalter wurde der bisherige vorläufige Insolvenzverwalter, Herr Rechtsanwalt Dr. Thorsten Schleich, Singen am Hohentwiel, von der Kanzlei Schleich & Kollegen bestellt. Die Gläubiger der Sunways Production GmbH wurden aufgefordert, ihre Forderungen beim Insolvenzverwalter bis zum 13. Juni 2014 schriftlich anzumelden. Die erste Gläubigerversammlung soll am 9.
