BENS OMS and BENS OMS PANEL from Suchy MIPS GmbH Now Available on SAP® Store

By integrating with BC-XOM 4.0 and S/4-BC-XOM solution from Suchy MIPS delivers BENS OMS and BENS OMS PANEL to customers.

Suchy MIPS GmbH today announced that its BENS OMS and BENS OMS PANEL solution https://store.sap.com/dcp/en/product/display-2001016372_live_v1 is now available on SAP® Store, the online marketplace for SAP and partner offerings. BENS OMS and BENS OMS PANEL integrates with BC-XOM 4.0 and S/4-BC-XOM and delivers an OMS/XOM Polling and Callback Interface and the OMS/XOM Extension for Printer to customers.

The general approach to BENS OMS is a reduction of the complexity of the SAP spool system by transferring functions to an external output management system (OMS over access method “E”). BENS OMS has a high degree of integration and handles complex tasks in print job management and communication with printers and SAP systems. With the features of BENS OMS PANEL - the Extension for Printer Administration OMS printer definitions and OMS definitions need to be maintained only once on the OMS system. With the extension it is possible to distribute the definitions automatically via RFC to the connected SAP systems provided they are on a release that supports BC-XOM Extension for Printer Administration.
  • BENS OMS and BENS OMS PANEL are available for both: SAP Netweaver and SAP S/4HANA
  • The OMS system enables time savings of 80% to 90% in the management of SAP printers.
  • Installation of the OMS system for proof of concept is offered.
