Gründerpreis Thüringen 2013 verliehen: STIFT vergibt "Preis für innovative Gründungen" an Biano Science GmbH

Am Abend des 03.12.2013 wurden in Jena die Sieger des Thüringer Gründerpreises 2013 ausgezeichnet. In diesem Rahmen vergab die Stiftung für Technologie, Innovation und Forschung Thüringen (STIFT) den "Preis für Innovative Gründungen" in Höhe von 10.000 €. Dieser ging an:

- Dr. Tobias Pöhlmann, Dr. Rolf Günther und Dr. Colette Friedrich von Biano Science GmbH für die Entwicklung einer Technologie, die es möglich macht, Gene beispielsweise in Tumorzellen zellspezifisch auszuschalten.

Brustkrebs ist mit etwa 1/3 die häufigste Krebserkrankung bei Frauen; jährlich sterben mehr als 17.000 Frauen daran. Bisher wird Brustkrebs vor allem mit Chemotherapeutika behandelt, mit starken Nebenwirkungen gerade in Qacekvejzlrpjyhx.
