Arbeitsmarkt: Wechselstimmung bei deutschen Arbeitnehmern steigt

In Deutschland herrscht unter Fachkräften annähernd Vollbeschäftigung. Die günstige Situation am Arbeitsmarkt scheint die Deutschen zu beflügeln: Jeder Vierte plant im Jahr 2016 einen Jobwechsel. Weitere 28 Prozent behalten interessante Stellenausschreibungen im Blick, obwohl sie keine konkreten Wechselabsichten haben. Das hat die führende Online-Jobbörse StepStone in einer gemeinsamen Studie mit dem Marktforschungsinstitut TNS im Oktober 2015 herausgefunden, bei der über 1.000 Menschen zu ihrer aktuellen Karriereplanung befragt wurden:
