STADA: Rücktritt vom Kauf des Markenprodukt-Portfolios von Grünenthal in Mitteleuropa

Die STADA Arzneimittel AG hat heute, am 01.01.2012, ihr vertragliches Recht zum Rücktritt des Kaufs eines Markenprodukt-Portfolios von Grünenthal für die zur EU gehörigen Märkte Mitteleuropas (einschließlich Polen etc.) ausgeübt, nachdem die zuständigen Kartellbehörden der vereinbarten Transaktion nicht vor Ablauf des vertraglich vereinbarten so genannten "Long Stop Date" (zum 31.12.2011) zugestimmt hatten (siehe Ad-hoc-Meldung vom 12.05.2011 zu den exklusiven Vertragsverhandlungen, publiziert über die DGAP, sowie Ad-hoc-Aktualisierung vom 22.07.2011 zu der Unterzeichnung der Verträge, publiziert über die DGAP sowie Ad-hoc- Aktualisierung vom 30.12.2011 zum Abschluss des Kaufs in Osteuropa und dem Nahen Osten, publiziert über die DGAP).
