The C-Class celebrates its world premiere this year at the Essen Motor Show. The specialists at Sportservice Lorinser have totally reworked this vehicle to optimize its technology, comfort and prestige. The visual upgrade begins with the bold spoiler bumper with its integrated and specially lowered spoiler lip, transitions into distinctively modified rear spoiler, and culminates in an eyecatching rear apron. Perfection in every detail - typically Lorinser.
The C-Class already looks speedy while it's parked at the stand. A look at Lorinser's four-pipe large- volume exhaust system suggests that this model will leave all the other cars on the highway in its wake. Lorinser's engine experts perform precise and very fine work to elevate the C 220 to an impressively high level: they boost its performance by 27 KW to 177 KW (241 hp) and add 90 Nm to its torque.
Sporty or elegant
The Lorinser rim range has been created entirely according to the requirements of Mercedes customers. Be it sporty and striking, or elegant and sophisticated - Lorinser offers various wheel designs and sizes. The RS8 is a 19-inch wheel with turbine look. The recommended wheel/tire combination comprises 8.5Jx19-inch rims with 255/35ZR19 tires for the front and 9.5Jx19-inch rims with 285/30ZR19 tires for the rear. The RS8 tire is also available in a 20-inch design. In this instance, Lorinser recommends using 9.0Jx20-inch wheels with 255/30ZR20 tires for the front axle and 10.0Jx20-inch wheels with 295/25ZR20 tires for the rear axle. Highest technical requirements combined with sporty elegance set the RSK6 designer wheel apart from other light-alloy wheels. The multi-part alloy rim with five spokes and stainless steel connecting bolts boasts a sophisticated look as well as excellent finishes. The wheel comes in dimensions of 8.5Jx19 inches and 9.5Jx19 inches as well as in 9,0Jx20 and 10,0Jx20. Lorinser recommends using high-performance tires from its technology partner Continental.
Lorinser also offers a glimpse into the future of chassis modification. This specialist developed its own suspension-lowering module for Mercedes models with Airmatic or ABC chassis. This enables the driver to individually modify the vehicle's height, including automatic correction of headlamp alignment, without adversely affecting the vehicle's handling or safety. Lower the chassis for a sportier look or raise it for greater ride height when driving over obstacles: Lorinser makes each option accessible at the push of a button. Thanks to Lorinser's new suspension-lowering module, the "fascination that moves" now moves along the vertical axis, too!
