Hauptgründe sind aktuell eine unzureichende Einarbeitung sowie Erwartungen aus der Bewerbungsphase, die in der Realität des neuen Jobs nicht erfüllt werden. Das zeigt eine aktuelle softgarden-Umfrage unter 2.160 Bewerbern. Der Anteil derjenigen, die schon nach 100 Tagen oder weniger ihren Arbeitgebern wieder den Rücken kehren, ist seit 2018 deutlich gestiegen. Damals betrug er 11,6 % – so das Ergebnis der damals veröffentlichten softgarden-Studie „Probezeit für Arbeitgeber“.
