Erfolgreiche Inbetriebnahme der Sekundärentstaubung im Stahlwerk von JSW Steel

Für Jindal South West Steel Limited (JSW Steel), Indien, hat SMS Demag AG, ein Unternehmen der SMS group, ein Sekundärentstaubungssystem für ein BOF-Stahlwerk erfolgreich in Betrieb genommen.

Mit einer Absaugleistung von 1,6 Millionen Kubikmetern pro Stunde, erfasst die Anlage sämtliche diffuse Staubemissionen des BOFStahlwerks Nr. 1 von JSW Steel. Die effektive Reinigung der staubbeladenen Luft erfolgt in einem leistungsfähigen Filterhaus mit Hilfe von Gewebeschlauchfiltern.

Das von SMS Demag gelieferte Werk am Standort Toranagallu im indischen Bundesstaat Karnataka verfügt über drei 150-t-Konverter, ein Primärentstaubungssystem und eine Konvertergasrückgewinnungsanlage.

Am gleichen Standort errichtet SMS Demag für JSW Steel zurzeit ein zweites Blasstahlwerk mit Xybtcvmdsxhlyciibjzgqpxw.
