SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES Gives Notice of Next Noteholders' Meeting on February 15, 2016, at 11.00 a.m. (CET)
Corporate bond of the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG (ISIN: DE000A1MASJ4 / WKN: A1MASJ)
The Executive Board of the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG will thus shortly invite all bearers of the SINGULUS bond to participate in the second noteholders' meeting on February 15, 2016 and to make use of their voting rights. It will be possible to be represented by a representative or alternatively to authorize a proxy representative of the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG to cast votes bound by explicit instructions.
The meeting will take place at the HILTON FRANKFURT am Main, Hochstrasse 4, 60313 Frankfurt am Main, on February 15, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. (CET). The Executive Board expects that the required quorum of 25% of outstanding bonds can be achieved at the so-called second noteholders’ meeting on February 15, 2016.
In the course of the second meeting the Executive Board will report on the current course of business activities and will present the restructuring concept. The Board will also provide information about the preliminary financial key figures for the business year 2015.

A registration for attendance will be required by February 12, 2016.
