New Motor Control Center and power distribution board up to 7000 amperes

The Siemens Industry Automation Division has expanded its Sivacon S8 product spectrum of low-voltage switchgear for industrial applications and for the high-end current range up to 7000 amperes. The newly designed Motor Control Center (MCC) with its withdrawable design is particularly suitable for the frequently changing requirements in the process industry. The withdrawable design of the MCC allows for a maximum packing density of up to 48 withdrawable units per cubicle. The easy and safe handling coupled with short changeover times guarantee high plant availability. In addition to being used as an MCC the expansions offer integrated and simple power
