Siemens Annual Shareholders' Meeting ratifies acts of Managing and Supervisory Boards and approves dividend proposal

München, (PresseBox) - The shareholders of Siemens AG, voting at the company's Annual Shareholders' Meeting, have ratified the acts of the Managing and Supervisory Boards for fiscal 2011. As recommended by the Managing and Supervisory Boards, the Annual Shareholders' Meeting also approved a dividend of €3.00 per share. The proposals regarding these agenda items were approved by large majorities.
