Der Hersteller Celduc® bietet neben Schwimmer- und Positionssensoren auch Sensoren für Aufzüge und andere industrielle Anwendungen an. Diese dienen der Erkennung von Aufzugspositionen, der automatischen Gewichts/Höhen-Korrektur und der Türüberwachung. Die magnetischen Näherungsschalter stehen wahlweise mit Reed-Kontakt, Hall-Effekt oder in magnetoresistiver Variante zur Verfügung. Sensoren der PC-Serie sind zudem mit einem M12 Gehäuse ausgestattet. Ein Permanentmagnet führt bei allen Produkten zu deren Aktivierung.

Die Wahl eines für den Sensor geeigneten Magneten hängt von dessen Empfindlichkeit bezogen auf dessen Anwendung ab. Dabei sind Schließdistanzen, die Montage in/an Ferro-magnetischen Materialien usw. zu berücksichtigen.
