bauma 2013: STW präsentiert Modell eines diesel-elektrischen Hybrid-Baggers

Die powerMELA Produktfamilie der Sensor-Technik Wiedemann GmbH (STW) wächst weiter. Zur bekannten, permanent erregten Synchronmaschine mit 140 kW Dauerleistung kommt jetzt die kleinere 80 kW Variante. Auf der "bauma 2013" ist die neue Maschine auf dem Messestand von STW in Aktion zu sehen: sie beschleunigt und verzögert den drehenden Aufbau im Modell eines diesel-elektrischen Hybrid-Baggers. Die, bei der Verzögerung zurückgewonnene, kinetische Energie wird in einer kleinen Lithium-Ionen Batterie gespeichert und steht für einen folgenden Beschleunigungsvorgang wieder zur Verfügung. Das Verfahren erhöht den Wirkungsgrad der Arbeitsmaschine deutlich und senkt damit den Treibstoffverbrauch des Hybrid-Baggers.
