Durch die Verwendung von Kunststoff-Recyclingmaterial kann es bei der Produktion z.B. von semitransparenten, eingefärbten Kunststoffverschlüssen zu unerwünschten Farbverschiebungen kommen. Mit Hilfe des Inline-Farbkontrollsystems SPECTRO-3-50-POL der Firma Sensor Instruments GmbH in Verbindung mit einem Triple-Reflektor erfolgt eine kontinuierliche Überwachung der Verschlussdeckelproduktion, dabei wird bei Über- bzw. Unterschreitung eines einstellbaren Toleranzbandes ein Alarm ausgelöst. Desweiteren wird mittels der Monitoring-Software SPECTRO3-MONITORING-Scope die vorliegende Abweichung des aktuellen Farbwertes von einer vorgegebenen Farbreferenz zusammen mit den Produktionsdaten wie Auftragsnummer, Kundennummer, Operatorname, Maschinennummer sowie dem Datum und der Uhrzeit auf dem PC abgespeichert.
