The Sempertrans division of Semperit AG Holding, which is listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange, counts among the leading suppliers of conveyor belts internationally. In order to open up the largest market in the world for these products - China - the company has completed a joint venture with the Chinese Wang Chao Coal & Electricity Group. Semperit will hold 80% of the shares in the new company, which is in the process of being set up. The registered capital will amount to EUR 20 million.
