Semperit AG Holding: Antitrust authorities approve the acquisition of Latexx Partners Berhad, Malaysia
Up to and including today, November 9, 2012, Semperit has secured a stake of 70.2% in Latexx Partners based on a diluted basis of 274.7 million shares (post potential exercise of all warrants). This includes the following items: the acquisition announced on October 8, 2012 of all shares and warrants of Mr. Low Bok Tek, the put/call agreements with further investors, the shares acquired in the open market on October 9, 2012, and the acceptances of the current offer that have been received up to and including November 9, 2012.
