Sebapharma spendet 5.000 Euro für Frauen in Ruanda

Die Sebapharma GmbH & Co. KG unterstützt mit 5.000 € den in Boppard ansässigen SOLWODI Deutschland e.V., der Frauen in Notsituationen hilft. Renate Maurer, Ehefrau des Firmengründers und Vorsitzenden der Geschäftsleitung der Sebapharma, überreichte jetzt die Spende an Schwester Dr. Lea Ackermann, die SOLWODI e.V. Deutschland vor 20 Jahren gründete und seitdem zahlreiche Auszeichnungen, u.a. das Bundesverdienstkreuz erhielt.

SOLWODI (SOLidarity for WOmen in DIstress) ist zum einen Anlaufstelle für ausländische Frauen, die durch Sextourismus, Menschenhandel oder Heiratsvermittlung nach Deutschland gekommen sind. Zum anderen ermöglicht der Verein Not leidenden Frauen in Afrika Zugang zu Bildungseinrichtungen.
