Mit einer überarbeiteten Produktpalette und einer Umstrukturierung des Unternehmens sieht sich der Antriebsspezialist SCHOTTEL für die steigenden Anforderungen im weltweiten Schiffbau gerüstet. Das Stammhaus SCHOTTEL GmbH & Co. KG in Spay/Rhein und die SCHOTTEL-Antriebstechnik GmbH in Wismar wurden mit Wirkung vom 29. Juni 2007 zur heutigen SCHOTTEL GmbH mit Sitz in Spay und Niederlassungen in Wismar und Hamburg verschmolzen. Die ebenfalls am Standort Wismar ansässige SCHOTTEL Schiffsmaschinen GmbH bleibt ein eigenständiges Unternehmen und wird weiterhin hocheffiziente und zuverlässige Verstellpropelleranlagen entwickeln und bauen.
