Der Aufsichtsrat der Sartorius AG hat beschlossen, die Bestellung von Dr. Florian Funck als Chief Financial Officer (CFO) und Mitglied des Vorstands frühzeitig bis zum 31. März 2032 zu verlängern.

Florian Funck (55) studierte Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der Universität Münster, wo er auch promovierte. Anschließend war er mehr als zwei Jahrzehnte im Haniel-Konzern tätig, zuletzt von 2011 bis 2023 als Finanzvorstand. Seit April 2024 ist Funck Mitglied des Sartorius-Vorstands; in dieser Funktion verantwortet er die Bereiche Finanzen, IT & Prozesse, Corporate Compliance, Internal Audit und Zentraleinkauf. Darüber hinaus ist Funck Mitglied im Aufsichtsrat der Vonovia SE sowie Honorarprofessor an der Universität
