At its meeting on 12 February 2009, the Personnel Affairs Committee of the RWE AG Supervisory Board decided to propose to the RWE AG Supervisory Board the appointment of Dr. Rolf Martin Schmitz as Member of the Executive Board of RWE AG at its meeting on 24 February 2009.
