Ingo Alphéus, currently Head of RWE AG's Investor Relations department, has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of RWE Effizienz GmbH, based in Dortmund, Germany.
The appointment takes effect on 1 April 2010. RWE's efficiency company pools the Group's innovative energy efficiency activities - currently focussing on emobility, energysaving housing and building concepts, and smart metering.
Ingo Alphéus joined the RWE Group ten years ago. He previously held position in the automotive industry as well as the engineering and plant construction business.
