RTR-Verordnung: 60 Euro Kostenbegrenzung bei mobilen Datendiensten kommt ab 1. Mai 2012

Heute fand bei der Rundfunk und Telekom Regulierungs-GmbH (RTRGmbH) ein "Runder Tisch" zum Thema Kostenbegrenzungsverordnung bei mobilen Datendiensten statt, der von der RTR-GmbH geleitet wurde und an dem die Vorstände der vier Mobilfunkbetreiber, Vertreter der Arbeiterkammer, Wirtschaftskammer, des Bundesministeriums für Arbeit, Soziales und Konsumentenschutz (BMASK) und des Bundesministeriums für Verkehr, Innovation und Technologie (BMVIT) teilnahmen. Das heutige Meeting gab den Teilnehmern die Möglichkeit, die bereits im Konsultationsverfahren zum Verordnungsentwurf eingebrachten kontroversiellen Meinungen nochmals beim Verordnungsgeber, der RTR-GmbH, vorzubringen und zu diskutieren.

Die RTR-GmbH legt nun folgendes Resultat vor: Ab 1. Mai 2012 gilt bei mobilen Datendiensten eine Kostenbegrenzung von 60 Gpid.
