Der neue Coherent HighLightTM FL-ARM (Adjustable Ring Mode) mit Faser-Faser-Schalter ist ein leistungsstarker (2 - 8 kW) Laser mit zwei Faserausgängen, der sequentiell zwei separate Bearbeitungsstationen bzw. Prozesse bedienen kann. Der duale Faserausgang sorgt für einen höheren Durchsatz bei kostensensiblen, hochvolumigen Schweißanwendungen, insbesondere im Automobilbau, wie z.B. beim Schweißen von Türen, Anbauteilen, ultrahochfesten Stahlkomponenten oder Karosserierahmen aus Aluminium. Alternativ kann die zweite Faser im Servicefall als Backup für die erste dienen.

Die Energieverwaltung erfolgt beim HighLight FL-ARM durch den Einsatz von Coherent's geschützter Faser-Faser-Schalter-Technologie. Die Prozessfasern selbst nutzen die einzigartige einstellbare Ring-Modus-Konfiguration von Coherent.
