Der positive Arbeitsmarkt in Deutschland und die hohe Nachfrage nach Fachkräften macht Jobwechsel attraktiver: 57 % der Personalmanager verzeichnen einen häufigeren Mitarbeiterwechsel als noch vor drei Jahren.
