Reinforcements at Reverse Logistics GmbH: Management expansion at Vfw and strengthening of international purchasing at CCR

Munich, (PresseBox) - The Board of Management at Vfw GmbH in Cologne has been strengthened by the addition of Dr. Michael Heising. As Director for Group Development at RLG, Dr. Heising will take charge of the Sales and Strategy department at Vfw until further notice.

Achim Winter, who combines the roles of Managing Director of RLG and Vfw with that of CEO of CCR Logistics Systems AG, will thus experience a much reduced workload and be able to devote himself to tasks relating to the entire group.

Dr. Heising successfully completed his Engineering studies at the Ruhr University in Bochum, and followed this with a PhD in Natural Sciences. His professional career started out in the position of management consultant, focussing on environmental management. This was followed by posts as the Managing Director of a service provider in the field of logistics and environmental management, and most recently as Director of Supply Logistics Management for Thiel Logistik AG in Luxembourg.

CCR Logistics Systems AG in Dornach has also announced that it is taking on reinforcements by appointing Mr. Thomas Oeben. Mr. Oeben will take over as Director of the newly created department of International Procurement. As a result of increasing internationalisation, the procurement department has been divided into the region of Germany, Switzerland and Austria, and other international procurement.

Mr. Thomas Oeben has many years of experience in logistics, both in service provision (10 years at Panalpina) and in industry(2 years at DeLaval). Prior to his appointment at CCR, he worked abroad in Europe, North and South America.
