Samedan is getting closer to the aim of promoting its offer of hotels: Rätia Energie sells real estate to SwissSpaGroup

Rätia Energie sells a surface of more than 10'000 square metres, situated in the municipality of Samedan (Engadine). This area will be used for the construction of a new hotel. The electricity company is building a new complex of offices and workshops in Bever, not far from Samedan, for a total of 25 working places. The working spaces in Samedan will be free for other uses from the end of 2010.

The town council of Samedan is aiming at the construction of new hotels.
