The inaugural edition of EGBG will be solely focused on helping European game developers getting as many business opportunities as possible at the time when they need it the most. Two days long online event that will run on the MeetToMatch platform will focus primarily on providing pitching opportunities to game development studios across Europe. EGDF, RCP and Reboot, stakeholders that are jointly spearheading this bold initiative, are extremely happy to announce that just within few days of revealing initial details about the event, more than 50+ key global partners have joined it. More than half of them are publishers with highlights such as Sony PlayStation, Private Division, Raw Fury, NetEase, Bandai Namco, Curve, ID@Xbox and many others as well as key investors including London Venture Partners, Kowloon Nights, Mail.ru, Play Ventures, Makers Fund, etc.

The incredible support of numerous European national game development and games industry associations highlights, even more, all of the strengths of the European games industry community and its readiness to support its members in times of need.

"We are humbled by the reception of the event so far. And we want to thank all who have or will join this effort. Strengthening our industry through making deals to make great games jointly is fighting the good fight! I am glad that so many associations from all of over Europe and backgrounds are in too. Let's do this!", said Hendrik Lesser, President of EGDF
