RECHNER has had a history of success with capacitive Mini s going back to1983 with diskshaped Sensors for wafer detection. No sooner had this project finished and our clients set us new challenges, and within a few months Rechner had an extensive product family of capacitive mini sensors. Time has not stood still in this product area and as a result of constant advancement and technological adjustments our customers now have at their disposal a perfected sensor family.
