Unfortunetly! we booked 1 x 20' cy/Sanjuan Pr on MAERSK LINE SERVICE to SANJUAN via KINGSTON , JAMIACA, the nomination container under Pyramid Logistics Group in the Month of March and it has to arrive on 13th May as per tentative schedule 51 days transit time agreed to bear this but the negligiency of customer service executive and documentation deptment container still at KINGSTON JAMICA which shows what activities or pro active they r handling the documentation that false word has been played against this issue when knock the door of MAERSK PAKISTAN with lame excuse and reverse accuse that we have not submitted the HBL and we have followed your MBL format and issued with releasing telex....now the question arise??? how they have issued the MBL non negotiatble and RELEASING MSG?? as we surrender the HBLS AND MBLS and they followed fm their computer who is the actual shipper and cnee and who is the nvoccs surrender the B/L. fyi

We need to have meeting with higher authority in the MAERSK PAKISTAN PVT LTD like :
General Manager
Executive Director
Country Manager

Our buyer is very upset and refused to pick the container at destination and for the sake of buyer we need to have some compensation in the freight for his great loss of time.
