The Supervisory Board of PULSION Medical Systems AG, a life science corporation specializing in medical diagnostic and therapy systems informs that the Company received nominations for election to the Supervisory Board on April 24, 2009 from Forum European Smallcaps GmbH, which is represented by Dr. Wittek.

These nominations include persons varying from the Supervisory Board's proposed resolutions that were published in the invitation to the Company's Annual Shareholders' Meeting on May 18, 2009. The Supervisory Board is not in agreement with these nominations. The nominations by Forum European Smallcaps GmbH and the comments of the Supervisory Board on these can be downloaded from the Company's website at www.PULSION.com.
