Im Fokus der Veranstaltung stehen diesmal Themen wie "effiziente Leistungserbringung", "getrennte Trägerschaft" sowie "Führung und Steuerung von Trägern".Als Informationsplattform längst etabliert, bietet das diesjährige Symposium zum SGB II allen Interessierten Lösungsstrategien und Informationen rund um die Themen Leistungserbringung, Benchmarking, Pflichtstatistiken, Revisionssicherheit und die integrierten Fachverfahren von PROSOZ Herten.Zum Schwerpunktthema "Führung und Steuerung von Trägern" wollen wir mit dieser Fachveranstaltung Einblicke und Möglichkeiten der Analyse und Bewertung von Prozessen und Organisationseinheiten gewähren.
