primion and DBM Banktechnik Budapest sign Partner Contract
DBM Banktechnik GmbH was established in 1990 and initially concentrated their efforts on the sale and support of technical equipment for banks, in particular ATMs. Since then, they have extended their offering to include the areas of car park payment equipment and electronic ticketing and also security technology. Their portfolio covers the planning of complete systems, the installation and commissioning of equipment, customer training and ongoing support services. They offer their customers a 24 hour Hotline, a country-wide service network and an end-to-end logistics concept.
One of DBM's customers is a mobile service provider, which already has extensive primion systems installed in Serbia, Montenegro and India. Their customer reference list also includes numerous banks, large retail chains as well as several well-known supermarket chains.
During meetings held while they were in Germany, DBM and primion agreed on dates for the first training courses to be held. The first joint projects are already planned.
Currently, primion is working with around 30 System Partners around the world. In Germany, primion's sales activities are handled very successfully through a its own widespread Sales and Service network. In Belgium, The Netherlands, France and Spain, primion's own subsidiary companies and their regional offices form the direct connection to the customers.
International Business in other countries, is in the very capable hands of our System Partners. They are aware of the local conditions and as a rule, have their own regional offices providing them with distributed coverage. Regular intensive training courses for the partners, held either here in Germany or at the partner's premises, guarantee the high level of quality that the customers expect from primion.
